The 2026 A. B. Chapman Lecturer is Prof Ben Hayes from the University of Queensland.
Prof Hayes is a globally recognized leader in animal genomics, known for his pioneering contributions to the development and application of genomic selection in livestock breeding programs worldwide.
During his visit to the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Prof Hayes will present the seminar: “Unifying a Century Old Model and Emerging Biotech – What’s Next for Genomic Selection”
