Placements to provide industry exposure and immersion

A major industry-identified limitation of current graduates is a lack of industry experience. This not only limits students’ future career options but also places strain on industry employers.

To help address this, PhD programs within the Centre will enhance a typical PhD program through the addition of annual placements with industry partners. Industry-based placements will be personalised for each student and closely aligned to their PhD project.
